Trade counter -Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm (Friday closing at 4.00pm)

During these times you can collect your order, obtain a quote, or place an order. However if you need to discuss a more complicated design or speak to a more experienced member of staff, then it is recommended that you telephone first to ensure that someone can arrange to meet you!

Our workshop though open much longer hours, staff are not able to answer sales enquiries to callers. (Pre-arranged collections only)

DURING PEAK EXHIBITION TIMES or DURING LARGE INSTALLATIONS.....in order to fulfill our promises to our clients we may actually close the trade counter, for several hours. If you have goods to collect during such a time we will try to let you know and arrange for an alternative collection point.
